EOR Goes North!

EOR is working in the Lake Superior North Watershed Area in completing a Comprehensive Watershed Management Plan for BWSR's "One Watershed, One Plan" pilot program. This Plan will address surface and groundwater, water quality and quantity, and land-use concerns relating to the area's water resources. The Plan will include implementation actions that consider the broad range of tools and programs necessary to achieve the goals of the plan.

ACEC National Grand Award: a fitting announcement on Earth Day

Last night, EOR's founding principal Brett H. Emmons was in Washington D.C. to receive the ACEC Grand Award for 'Designing a City with Zero Stormwater Runoff'. One of only 8 Grand Awards given nationally in recognition of Excellence in Engineering, EOR is proud to celebrate the accomplishment and the vision of our client. [click image for link]

ACEC-MN Grand Award: a Great Start to the New Year!

EOR has received the Grand Award for Water Resources Engineering from ACEC/MN (the Minnesota chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies) for 'Designing a City with Zero Stormwater Runoff'. Working with the client, the City of Inver Grove Heights, EOR developed a stormwater management plan to address a challenging, land locked area of the City that once formed an obstacle to the community's growth.
