Founded in 1997 in Minnesota's land of 10,000 lakes, Emmons & Olivier Resources, Inc. (EOR) was established with a clear vision: to provide alternative, sustainable approaches to resource management addressing the world's pressing environmental challenges. EOR’s founders recognized the crucial need for long-term, holistic solutions that integrate water, ecology, and community. Through an innovative water-centric approach to natural resource management and design, EOR has evolved from its founding vision into an award-winning engineering and environmental consulting firm.
