Steve has 27 years of experience in water resources engineering and hydrogeology. He specializes in groundwater protection, floodplain management, stormwater design, and wetland restorations. In addition to his extensive public participation and engagement experience, Steve is active on various research committees at the Univ. of Wisconsin and frequently contributes to multiple technical conferences and journals
