Kajol has 16 years of experience working in civil engineering and has expanded upon that in the areas of water resources, specifically in water treatment and water quality concerns - culminating in his doctorate thesis which examined the use of groundwater-native iron as a biofilter for the removal of harmful contaminants in drinking supply wells.
Having worked in S. Asia, Europe, and N. America, Kajol's project experience represents all aspects of water resources/environmental engineering and sustainable infrastructure. In addition to his extensive experience in soil, sediment, and water quality analysis, Kajol's academic experience includes numerous peer-reviewed journals and conference presentations; having served as a university teaching assistant and research associate.
