Carl Almer has 29 years of experience as a water resources engineer. He currently serves as the District Engineer for 2 watershed districts in the Twin Cities metro area. Carl excels in stormwater BMP identification, feasibility assessment & prioritization, LID design, stream assessment, monitoring, stream restoration, hydraulic/hydrologic and water quality modeling. He also has expertise in watershed rule development, and watershed district planning.
