Our Team

Julia is a recent graduate specializing in environmental and ecological engineering, which she applied as an intern with the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture and as an engineer while working for the Delaware Dept. of Natural Resources & Environmental Control. Certified in Erosion and Stormwater Management for SWPPP Design, Julia is involved in BMP design, construction documentation and oversite. As a member of EOR’s water resources and watershed team, she is also involved with stormwater regulation, policy, and management – including environmental and construction permitting reviews.
