Rob has 45 years of engineering experience in water resources, environmental, and civil engineering. Serving as a Professor of Practice at the UW-Madison Civil and Environmental Engineering Department, Rob specializes in surface water, groundwater, and water quality management. Rob was the founding principal of Montgomery Associates: Resource Solutions, LLC in 1998 before merging with EOR in 2019.
