EOR comprises one of the largest and most experienced resource-based planning staff in the industry. We have authored over 100 stormwater, flood reduction, and watershed management plans and have applied our planning experience to other related areas such as sustainability frameworks, climate action plans, and those which focus on building community and ecological resilience. EOR has led several innovative and comprehensive planning efforts and continues to incorporate and expand the reach of such documents with an additional focus on inclusivity and the incorporation of all voices and communities within our extensive planning process.
