EOR comprises one of the largest and most experienced resource-based planning staff in the industry. We have authored over 100 stormwater, flood reduction, and watershed management plans and have applied our planning experience to other related areas such as sustainability frameworks, climate action plans, and those which focus on building community and ecological resilience.
