EOR has a strong portfolio in environmental compliance and due diligence with extensive work in completing Environmental Assessment Worksheets (EAW), Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), Supplemental EISs and related environmental compliance reviews. Additionally, EOR has performed financial assurance and permitting reviews for several projects including critical mineral resource operations that have involved leading large teams of sub-consultants and have involved extensive public engagement and comment/review process - especially for the higher-profile, controversial projects located in Minnesota's Iron Range and those that border the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness.

Part of the Technical Advisory Team in permitting the first hard rock mining permit in MN. -
Mining Facilities EIS
Addressing critical concerns & proposing alternatives for new mine and associated facilities sited near the BWCA Wildreness. -
Mining EIS
Evaluated over 40 technical documents in accordance with NEPA & MERA in completion of Environmental Impact Statement. -
Mining Supplemental EIS
Conducted a supplemental EIS under MEPA, for modifications to a steel mining and pellet project. -
Bird Nest Survey for Utility
Pre-construction survey for utility cooridoor abiding by the U.S. Migratory Bird Treaty Act. -

Rare plant survey in National Forest for proposed underground utility construction. -
